Organic chemistry creates molecules; molecules create the world.  Thus, we believe changing organic chemistry leads to changing the world.  In order to accomplish this mission, we are studying all main "players" in organic reaction chemistry, namely main group metal reagents, transition metal catalysts, and organocatalysts.  Our dream is to establish the fourth game-changing "player".  Is it the fusion of the three?  Or independent from them?  We are looking for the answer.
